Update: Darren Stoddard has been located.

March 5, 2022 - The Madera County Sheriff's Office reports a Missing Person Alert has been issued for the Chowchilla Day Use Area of Eastman Lake.

The Madera County Sheriff's Office is searching for Darren Stoddard, a 27 year old male. 6' 4", 175 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.

Darren has no known history of walking away on his own.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, slipper type shoes, and a white/gray plaid long sleeve shirt.

Darren is blind in one eye, and was last seen walking on foot away from the day use area on Road 29 in Chowchilla.
