Additional Traffic Advisory on State Route 99
December 17, 2022 - MERCED COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform an additional traffic operation on State Route 99 (SR-99) between Hunter 
Road and the Merced/Stanislaus County Line next week.
- Intermittent closures of both southbound lanes will occur from Hunter Road to the Merced/Stanislaus County Line beginning Sunday, December 18, through Friday, December 23, 2022, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Motorists should expect 5- to 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible.
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
