October 8, 2023 - Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 10:30 p.m. Friday, TCSO Deputies were called to the area of Maple St. and Ellsworth Ave. in Pixley for a report of animal cruelty.

When they arrived, Deputies found five dogs and one cat dead.

The cause of death has yet to be determined. Animal control responded and took possession of the dogs.
