One-Way Traffic Control for Friday, March 8, 2024 

March 5, 2024 - MERCED COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control this week on State Route-140 (SR-140) in Merced County for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:

STATE ROUTE 140

  • One-way traffic control at Sullivan Road for guardrail work on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control at Howard Road for guardrail work on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control at Moomjean Avenue for guardrail work on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control at N. Orchard Drive for guardrail work on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control at Cunningham Road for guardrail work on Friday, March 8, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction related issues.
