$50,000 in Stolen Property Recovered from Bayside Burglary Investigation 

March 26, 2024 - Placer County Sheriff's Office officials report that over the past few weeks, our investigations team has diligently pursued a burglary case at Bayside of Granite Bay. A breakthrough occurred just over a week ago when deputies responded to another alarm at Bayside and encountered 41-year-old Spencer Bron of Citrus Heights near the Bayside campus. During a search, deputies found burglary tools and a set of keys to Bayside in Bron’s possession. He was promptly arrested that night, and investigators continued their work on the case.

As the investigation progressed, detectives uncovered a storage unit linked to Bron. Upon searching the unit, detectives recovered over $50,000 worth of Bayside property. This case exemplifies the collaboration between patrol and investigations units and demonstrates the commitment of our deputies to fully resolve such cases.
