July 13, 2024 – Mariposa County Library officials report that the library will be offering a Fire Safety Resource Discussion on Thursday, July 18. It will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Mariposa Senior Center, located at 5246 Spriggs Lane.

This event will teach registrants how to use their phones to stay safe during a fire. The focus will be on Watch Duty and Everbridge, two important resources for information. There will also be discussions on other important information hubs.

Registration is required. Sign up at the Mariposa Senior Center or call 209-966-2140 and ask for Matt to learn more. This event is paid for through the library's Literacy Program.
