TCSO Detectives Bust Major Drug Lab in Visalia, Arrest Four 

August 17, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that over the last month, Detectives from the Tulare County Tactical-High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area unit (TNT HIDTA) launched an investigation into a DMT manufacturing laboratory in Visalia.

DMT, which is an extremely strong Hallucinogenic, is classified as a schedule One controlled substance and dangerous, caustic chemicals are often used in its manufacturing.

On August 13, 2024, Detectives served a warrant at two locations in Visalia. As a result of those search warrants, Detectives found the DMT Laboratory, which was actively manufacturing DMT at the time of the warrant.

During the warrants, Detectives contacted and arrested the following individuals:

49-year-old Rolando Custodio of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine for sales and active warrants.

35-year-old Caitlyn Dudek of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of DMT, Manufacturing of DMT, and Child endangerment.

42-year-old Jessica Borges of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of DMT, Manufacturing of DMT, and Child endangerment.

65-year-old Shannon Borges of Visalia for Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of DMT.
