TRAFFIC ADVISORY
One-Way Traffic Control for September 15-21, 2024
September 13, 2024 – MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control this week on State Route-49 (SR-49) and SR-140 for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
STATE ROUTE 49
- One-way traffic control at the Fairgrounds Road Entrance for utility work beginning Monday, September 16, through Friday, September 20, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
STATE ROUTE 140
Updated Monday Morning: One-way traffic control from Martin Road to the Wildhaven Yosemite Glamping Campgrounds for pavement washout work on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control from beginning of the passing lane in Catheys Valley to State Route 49 for pavement work beginning Sunday, September 15, through Monday, September 16, from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and Tuesday, September 17, through Friday, September 20, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
