Update: The U.S. House and Senate passed the Continuing Resolution (CR) on Friday evening, avoiding a government shutdown.

December 20, 2024 - National Park Service officials report in the event of a government shutdown, access and visitor services will continue through Sunday, December 22, 2024.

On Monday, December 23, parks would generally close and services may be unavailable.
