January 1, 2025 – Mariposa County Library to offer a backyard bird journaling workshop with local artist Abby Miller.
Are you a bird enthusiast? Bird curious? Always wanted to create a nature journal but haven't gotten around to it yet?
Join us at the Mariposa Library on Sunday, January 5th from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon for a backyard bird journaling workshop. You will receive a sketchbook and inspiration to start your backyard bird journaling journey. No previous art experience is necessary to participate. We will review some highlights from the Wild Wonder Nature Journaling Conference 2024 and receive tips from local artist Abby Miller. What a great way to celebrate National Bird Day!
Registration is required for this free program, open to ages 18 and above.
