January 8, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at approximately 2:45 A.M., the pictured suspect stole a vehicle from a driveway of the victim’s home located in the area of Quincy Avenue and College Avenue. On December 21, 2024, a traffic camera in Portland, Oregon captured a picture of the driver of the stolen vehicle. The victim’s vehicle was recovered in Oregon.

Detectives are attempting to identify the person in the photograph.
