March 2, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on March 1, 2025, shortly after midnight, Northeast Policing District Officers responded to E Campus Pointe Drive and Chestnut Avenue regarding a gunshot wound victim. Upon arrival officers located a 22-year-old male adult in the parking lot who sustained several gunshot wounds to his upper torso. The victim was transported to CRMC, taken into surgery and currently listed in stable condition.

Simultaneously, while Officers were on scene, a call for service was generated regarding a second gunshot wound victim, a 21-year-old male. The second victim had self-transported to St. Agnes Medical Center from the shooting scene. The second victim sustained a single gunshot wound to his lower extremities and is also in stable condition.

Felony Assault Unit (FAU) Detectives identified as Tyrone Rashawn Miles, 26, as the person responsible for the shooting. Miles was in a verbal disturbance with the victims in the parking lot when he pulled his firearm, ultimately shooting both victims.

S- Miles fled on foot towards the area of Chestnut Avenue and Shaw Avenue.

FAU Detectives authored a Ramey Warrant for S-Miles arrest for several charges including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, possessing a firearm by a prohibited person. Miles is currently wanted and considered to be Armed and Dangerous.
