UPDATE: Porterville Man Who Shot at Deputies Arrested 

April 5, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that at around 9:45 p.m. on March 3, 2025, TCSO Deputies tracked down 43-year-old Kenneth Bratton at a home in the 9000 block of Road 256 in Terra Bella.

Bratton was taken into custody and faces attempted murder charges.
