April 9, 2025 - Getting into Lakes McClure and McSwain just got a whole lot easier.  Visitors can now purchase day-use, boat passes and annual passes in advance through the Yodel app. Once purchased, visitors can drive straight through the gate without stopping. 

“This makes it easier than ever to enjoy the beauty of the two lakes — whether you’re out for a hike, launching your boat or just soaking up the scenery,” said Brooke Gutierrez, Director of MID Parks and Recreation.

What you need to know:

• No refunds are available, so be sure of your plans before purchasing.
• When selecting a park in the app, your day use pass is valid at all parks for the entire day.
• Frequent visitors can purchase an annual pass through the app. It is valid at all parks for 12 months from the date of purchase.
