April 17, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that these two suspects entered a storage area at 130 West Barstow Avenue which they did not have permission to enter. Once inside, the suspects worked together to steal an electric scooter from a victim who is disabled. The suspects left the area with the stolen property.
