May 17, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on May 15, 2025, at 2:25 a.m., officers from the Southwest Policing District responded to the area of Parkway Avenue and White Avenue regarding a victim of a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to CRMC where he is listed in critical condition.

Felony Assault Detectives were able to locate video footage tracking a female suspect leaving the scene of the shooting and provided a description to patrol officers. On May 15, 2025, Southwest officers located the suspect matching the description and identified her as Noel Andrea Marie Tyler. Tyler was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail for PC664/187 attempted murder, discharge of a firearm resulting in great bodily injury and possession of a loaded firearm in public.
