May 20, 2025 – Merced County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Merced County Sheriff Coroner’s Bureau needs the public’s help locating the family of 55-year-old Lisa May Loewen. The Coroner’s Office has searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to find her family have been unsuccessful.

It is crucial to locate the immediate family members so the Coroner’s Office can release the body and allow Lisa to have a proper burial.
