During CPR Awareness Week (June 1-7), we’re calling on YOU to step in and help us save lives. You don’t have to be a firefighter or a paramedic to be a hero. Learning CPR gives you the confidence to act in a crisis—and that action can make all the difference!
Hands-only CPR is simplified and can drastically increase a victim’s chance of survival until advanced help arrives.
Step 1: Call 911
Step 2: Apply chest compressions - Songs with 100-120 beats per minute can help a person keep the correct pace while pressing deeply.
