Tulare County Sheriff Adds Three Fugitives to Top 10 

June 17, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that the TCSO County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) have added 3 new fugitives to the Sheriff’s Top 10:

  • Angelo Morales, 30, of Visalia is wanted for homicide. He is believed to have fled the area and is in hiding.
  • Guilleromo Isreal Villareal, 45, of Tulare, is wanted for multiple no-bail and felony warrants regarding resisting arrest, fleeing from law enforcement in a vehicle and drug offenses.
  • Robert Christopher Perez, 30, of Strathmore, is wanted for multiple no-bail warrants regarding burglary, grand theft, felony vandalism, criminal threats, and drug offenses.
