TCSO CATTCH Detectives Capture Another Top Ten Fugitive 

June 26, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Wednesday, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office CATTCH team tracked down Guillermo Villareal, who has been evading law enforcement since 2023 and previously fled from multiple agencies during vehicle pursuits.

Villareal was captured in Tulare and taken into custody without incident.
