August 9, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that 36-year-old Whisper Owen and 8-month-old Sandra McCarty were last seen on July 15, 2025, (07/15/2025) at 8:11 P.M in Atwater, CA. Their vehicle traveled through Waterford, CA around 9:00 P.M. Lastly, the vehicle traveled on SR 120 east of Escalon, CA.
Whisper is approximately 5’6” & 145 pounds. Whisper has red/brown medium length hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a white tank top and ripped blue jeans.
They were last seen in a Silver 2006 Chevy Trailblazer with driver side front end damage. The license plate number is 9LKH008.
Detectives continue to investigate and need the community to help locate Whisper and Sandra. Whisper and Sandra were last seen leaving the Atwater area and are believed to have traveled to Northern California. Fresno Police are working with Northern California law enforcement agencies to locate Whisper and Sandra.
