Illegal Casino 

August 19, 2025 – Kern County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on August 17, 2025, at approximately 8:00 A.M. (0800 hours), deputies from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Metropolitan Patrol Division located an operational illegal gambling casino in the 900 block of North Chester Avenue in Bakersfield, California.

Deputies ultimately executed a search warrant for the business and seized over $5,000 in U.S currency, numerous slot machine CPUs, and other evidence of illegal gambling.
