Arrest Made in Riverstone Construction Theft
September 25, 2025 – Madera County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on September 12th, Deputies responded to a grand theft report in Riverstone after more than $4,900 worth of fencing material was stolen from a construction site.
Thanks to security cameras and Riverstone neighborhood technology, a suspect vehicle (a Toyota Tacoma) was identified. It was then linked to 49-year-old Mark Holloway of Fresno, who had an active warrant for theft.
On Wednesday, September 24th, Detectives assisted by the Madera Special Enforcement Team (MADSET) served a search warrant in Fresno. There they arrested Holloway and recovered additional stolen fencing materials valued at $1,800.
