October 15, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on October 5, 2025, the victim in this case discovered that his wallet had been stolen from his vehicle. He then learned of fraudulent charges on one of his credit cards. This male suspect was seen on store video using the victim’s stolen card.
