Project H.E.A.R.T. to Heart
October 21, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the H.E.A.R.T. Unit is proud to launch Project
Heart to H.E.A.R.T. — a community effort dedicated to helping those in need through compassion, connection, and care.
Our deputies meet individuals where they are — offering warmth, essentials, and most importantly, hope. Now, we’re inviting you to join us in this mission.
We’re collecting:
- New socks, blankets, and beanies
- Hygiene items (soap, toothbrushes, wipes, deodorant, etc.)
- Nonperishable snacks & bottled water
- Pet food & small comfort items
Donation Drop-Off Locations:

Your generosity helps us bridge the gap between law enforcement and those who need compassion the most. Together, we can bring warmth, dignity, and HEART to every corner of our community.
