At-Risk Missing Person 

November 6, 2025 – Turlock Police Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person 65-year-old Albert Skeels. Albert was last seen on October 16, 2025, in Turlock.

He is described as 5’5”, 140 lbs., and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, light jacket, brown pants, and white Converse shoes.

Albert has existing medical conditions that may affect his judgment or ability to care for himself and has limited communication abilities.
