Due to inclement weather, we are postponing Saturday's Family Day event until further notice. We hope to offer a similar program in early spring.

Thanks to our community partners for being willing to collaborate! We look forward to future possibilities with Sierra Foothill Conservancy, Trash Ninjas of Mariposa, Mariposa County, and UC Master Gardener Program of Mariposa County.

November 7, 2025 – Mariposa County Library officials announce Family Day will be held on Saturday, November 15, with Sierra Foothill Conservancy at Mariposa Creek Parkway.

Join us to celebrate the revitalization of the Mariposa Creek! On Saturday, November 15, we are partnering with the Sierra Foothill Conservancy and number of other hosts to hold Family Day at the Creek Parkway.

All ages are welcome. Registration is required, as free lunch will be provided. Call 209-966-2140 or stop by the library to sign up. This event will feature guided nature walks, hands-on activities, and learning. Meet across from Creekside Nursery at 10:00 a.m. to participate.
