November 14, 2025 – Turlock Police Department officials report that during the month of October, a Turlock Police detective assigned to the Stanislaus County Special Investigations Unit began looking into narcotics being mailed to an inmate at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, Ca.

That investigation led to multiple search warrants within the City of Turlock, where detectives found:

  • Approximately 10.5 pounds of processed marijuana
  • Approximately 1.43 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms
  • Approximately 1,557 green Xanax pills
  • Approximately 1,343 Adderall pills
  • Approximately 12 ounces of cocaine
  • Approximately 4 ounces of xylazine
  • One Glock 22 (.40 caliber) handgun

ARRESTED:

Jacinto Revuelta, 24, of Turlock:

  • 11370.1 H&S – Possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded, operable firearm
  • 11351 H&S – Possession of a controlled substance for sale
  • 4573 PC – Bringing or sending narcotics into a state prison
  • 182 PC – Conspiracy
  • 12022.1 PC – Committing a new felony while out on release

Ivett Gutierrez, 41, of Turlock:

  • 4573 PC – Bringing or sending narcotics into a state prison
  • 182 PC – Conspiracy
