Top 10 Fugitive Arrested 

November 14, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s CATTCH Unit along with police officers from the Tule River Department of Safety located and arrested one of the Sheriff’s Top 10 fugitives Tuesday for his outstanding warrants:

• Christian Garcia, 27, of Porterville was wanted for kidnapping, attempted murder, and a probation violation.
