December 2, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 11:45 p.m. on November 30, 2025, TCSO Deputies were called to a car versus a pedestrian in the area of State and Sutter Street in Earlimart.

When they arrived, Deputies found a woman who had been hit by a car. The woman was taken to Delano Hospital where she died from her injuries.

Deputies learned the incident was related to a domestic dispute.

The suspect, 28-year-old Benjamin Rodriguez, was detained at the scene and taken into custody.
