Help Needed to Identify Hospitalized Woman
December 6, 2025 – Fresno County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Saturday, November 22, deputies responded to a field 
in Sanger where a woman (pictured) was reported to be unconscious.
Deputies and members of EMS tended to her. She regained consciousness but was not coherent. EMS transported her to a local hospital for treatment.
At this point, this woman's name is unknown. A check of her fingerprints do not reveal her identity and she is not answering the questions of hospital staff.
She is described as being in her late 20s to early 30s, 5'6", 135 lbs.
