Missing Person 

January 9, 2026 – Fresno Police Department officials report that they are searching for missing person, 17-year-old Phillip Ockletree. He was last seen near Bullard Avenue and First Street on January 4, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m.

Phillip was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt, brown pants, and black Adidas shoes.
