January 31, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that two TCSO community-based officers from the Orosi Substation painted over graffiti today in Orosi to help rid the community of blight, deter crime, clamp down on gang vandalism, and support local businesses.

They sprayed over graffiti at two hair salons, one strip mall, and a bridge over a canal, all along the main thoroughfare, Highway 63 that runs north and south through Cutler and Orosi. Deputy Ian McCaw said they do graffiti abatement a couple times a year and as needed.

He and Deputy Gilberto Herrera used ten gallons of paint donated by the Lowe’s in north Visalia. Many thanks to General Manager Byron Mancia for this generous donation. We appreciate your support!
