June 17, 2026 - Sierra National Forest officials announce the High Sierra Ranger Station, located at 71000 Kaiser Pass Road, Lakeshore, CA 93634, is now open for the season.

Operating hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., daily, through mid-September (close of the summer season)
