July 10, 2026 - Sierra National Forest officials report on Pine Point and Rocky Point Day Use Areas, as well as Wishon and Spring Cove, and the Lupine/Cedar Bluff Campgrounds. The cause of low water pressure continues to be assessed.

Although the root cause remains under assessment, the Sierra National Forest is focused on developing a permanent solution. Engineering teams aim to map problem areas along the 5-mile stretch of piping connecting these areas. Temporary restrooms and handwashing stations will remain available throughout these areas.
