July 17, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials invite the community to explore the Sierra Nevada with Shirley Spencer!

Learn about the Mountain Men's daring journeys, the fur trade, and how they shaped our understanding of the American West.

This event will take place at the Mariposa Library on Tuesday, July 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mariposa Library located at 4978 10th Street. This event is free and no registration is required.
