TCSO Detectives Investigating Shooting Victim in Goshen 

September 16, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that just after 11:15 a.m. on September 15, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to the AM/PM Gas Station at 6670 Betty Drive in Goshen for a shooting victim.

When Deputies arrived, they found both the victim and suspect. The victim had a single gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital in stable condition. The 32-year-old suspect was taken into custody.
