October 18, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 4:30 a.m. on. October 17, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to the area of Road 118 and Avenue 416 in Orosi for shooting victim.

When they arrived, the victim told Deputies she was leaving Jack in the Box in Dinuba, driving west on Avenue 416 when someone in a dark-colored vehicle opened fire on the victim while she was driving, hitting the vehicle and the driver in her leg.

The victim tried to drive to the hospital but got a flat tire and called 911. Deputies responded to the scene and provided medical aid. The victim was taken to Kaweah Delta for treatment.
