TCSO Detectives Investigating Skeletal Remains Found in Earlimart 

October 29, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 2:00 p.m. on October 27, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to a report of possible human remains along Highway 99 and Washington Avenue in Earlimart.

When Deputies arrived, they found scattered skeletal remains along the embankment of northbound Highway 99, south of Washington Ave.

The TCSO Homicide Unit took over the investigation.
