“When the president should have been working on a strategy to destroy ISIS, it seems he was actually working on a strategy to move the world’s deadliest terrorists from Guantanamo to our cities and neighborhoods. Even a dyed-in-the-wool liberal should recognize this is the worst time for President Obama to try to keep a promise he made to his political base six years ago.”
