April 9, 2018 - I encourage District 3 residents to vote for Heather for Supervisor on June 5 or on your mail-in ballot.  I have been neighbors with Heather for nearly 15 years, and she and her husband look after us and the community.

Heather has been instrumental in working on community issues that benefit the county for years. For example, our phone system is not the greatest in this part of the county, but it was a heck of a lot worse before Heather got involved. After several calls yielded no sustained fixes, she went right to the top and worked with the highest levels of TDS Telecom to get them to fix our bad lines. She knew that older folks, like me, and the law enforcement professional and his young family that lived in the area relied on the phone as a critical link to important services. I like to tell Heather that I am just to the right of Attila the Hun politically. Although we are at different ends of politics, as a very conservative person, I have appreciated Heather’s attention to community service and long-term planning that considers savings for us taxpayers. She has been a good communicator, keeping us in the loop on key local issues.

The Supervisor position is non-partisan for a reason… because it focuses on local operational issues and none of that nonsense at the Federal level. Heather is a hard worker, caring and has her head screwed on right. I would vote for her for any elected position.
