August 17, 2018 - Mariposa County Library is looking for favorite family recipes to share on its new online community cookbook Mariposa Morsels. The cookbook is being published via BiblioBoard Library and will be accessible to people around the world.

Recipes must be in digital format (saved as a computer file.) As many as five recipes may be submitted at one time. Your name should be included with each submission. All recipes must be original—nothing from copyrighted cookbooks will be accepted.

To submit a recipe, just go to the library’s website at MariposaLibrary.org.  Click on “Self-publishing” at the top of the page. Click on “submit recipes to Mariposa Morsels” then on “submit your digital items” and follow the instructions.

There is space to add a little information about the origins of the recipe, memories it may evoke, attributes that make it special, etc. plus a photo of the dish being prepared or enjoyed. These details add a personal touch that will make Mariposa Morsels unique.
