Miners Mix, a Mariposa company specializing in spice blends and rubs will have the opportunity to participate with world famous food brands at the prestigious Fresno Food Expo on Thursday, July 23, 2015.

The Food Expo is the nation’s largest Regional Food Show and will be held at the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center.  The public portion of the event is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and tickets are $40.  More details can be found at the event web site: FresnoFoodExpo.com.
