December Continuing Education Pest Management Workshop
November 2, 2022 - The Mariposa County Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) will be presenting its annual 2022 Winter Integrated Pest Management workshop on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Mariposa Fairgrounds Building A.
If you are interested in learning about California Department of Pesticide Regulation, pertaining to Renewal Requirements, Drift Prevention, Pesticide Handlers Training, Rights of Way Applications, or the Cal Ag Permits Reporting, Yellow Star Thistle, Klamath Weed, and New Invasive Weeds, Post Fire Management for Landowners, and Using Grazing and Fire for Weed Control, then come join us for this workshop.
If you need continuing education hours for your California State Department of Pesticide Regulation license or your Private Applicator Certification, 5 hours of DPR continuing education credits including 3 hours of laws & regulations have been approved.
On-site registration for the workshop will began at 8:00 a.m. and the workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The cost for the workshop is $40 and includes snacks, lunch, and handout materials. Registration is required; please register by Friday, December 2, 2022.
Please be prepared to show photo identification for admittance to the workshop. Bring a chair cushion for your comfort.
