Madera County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Two Deaths in Madera 

December 7, 2022 - On December 6, 2022, around 1:00 P.M. the Madera County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 33000 block of Avenue 12 in Madera for a welfare check.

Deputies arrived on scene and discovered two adult victims, one male and one female, both deceased.

MCSO Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident. Preliminary evidence indicates the deaths are the result of a murder/suicide. There is no ongoing danger to the public.
