February 17, 2023 - The Merced Police Department reported that they are currently conducting a homicide investigation in the 2400 block of White Fir Ct. in Merced. Detectives and crime scene personnel are on scene and the street is expected to be closed off for several hours. We ask that you avoid the area if possible.

This investigation is ongoing and further details will be released as they become available.
