March 15, 2023 - Mariposa County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Oak Road bridge has been closed due to flood damage. Currently Oak Road cannot be accessed using Hwy 140 residents will need to use Yosemite Oaks Road.

The Red Cross Shelter located at New Life Christian at 5089 Cole Road in Mariposa has re-opened for anyone needing to leave their home, unable to get home or have experienced damage to their home.
