Club Drive at approximately 35 MPH. Mr. Anderson had two passengers in the vehicle: Ryan Losee, 18, of Oakhurst and Charles Kelley, 18, of Oakhurst.Due to being distracted by an intoxicated passenger in the vehicle, he allowed his vehicle to leave the south edge of the roadway.
Dylan Anderson's truck collided with the embankment and overturned.
As a result of the collision he had a complaint of pain injuries to his neck and is being treated at Saint Agnes in Fresno. His injuries are listed as minor.
One of the passengers, Ryan Losee sustained major injuries, and was transported by air to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno.
Passenger Kelley received no injuries.
The CHP said this is a preliminary report and the traffic investigation is ongoing.
