Sheriff John Anderson has announced 30-year old Roel Soliz, of Chowchilla has been captured. He was one of five men who escaped from the Madera County Department of Corrections on Friday night.
The fugitive was found on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 2:58 P.M. in Fairmead and apprehended by Madera County Sheriff’s deputies. His arrest follows an anonymous tip phoned into the Sheriff’s Office.
The other four, 25-year old Abel Ramos, 30-year old Juan Lopez, 19-yerad old Ricardo Cendejas and 26-year old Jorge Lopez-Diaz, all from Madera, were captured on Satruday night following an anonymous tip into Crime Stoppers.
