2.              Consideration to adopt a Resolution which declares the property surplus and authorizes the Director of Public Works or his designee to execute a deed to transfer title of property described above to the Estrada’s.             

Hearing to consider an application by DG Coarsegold CA 1 UT LLC for a Letter of Public Convenience and Necessity to obtain a Type 20 off-premise license to allow the sale of beer and wine for a convenience store.  The property is owned by DG Coarsegold CA 1 UT LLC and is located on the northeast corner of Highway 41 and Road 417 (46061 Road 417), Coarsegold.  The parcel, (APN 054-450-001) is zoned PDD (Planned, Development District), and the General Plan is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Designation.

Groundwater Sustainability Plan Update by Stephanie Anagnoson.

1.              Update on Groundwater Sustainability Plan development of the Madera Subbasin

Benefit Assessment Formation Services.

1.     Discussion and consideration of entering into an Agreement with Larsen Wurzel & Associates, Inc. (LWA), in the amount of $420,900.00, to provide benefit assessment engineering services for the formation of a new assessment district to fund operations, maintenance, and/or the improvement of the County’s levee system and drainage facilities, and authorize the Chairman to sign.

2.     Discussion and consideration of approval to authorize the Director of Water and Natural Resources Department to issue the Notice to Proceed.

3.     Discussion and consideration of approval to authorize the Auditor-Controller to issue payments for contingencies up to 20% of the contract award amount per established County policy.

4.     Discussion and consideration of approval to authorize the Director of Water and Natural Resources Department to solely issue and approve Contract Change Orders in accordance with Public Contract Code, not to exceed authorized contingencies.

Board of Supervisor Rules and County Code.

1.              Introduction of an ordinance to amend Title 2, Chapter 2.03, Section 2.03 of Madera County Code pertaining to the meetings of the Board of Supervisors; waive reading of the ordinance in its entirety.
